Do I need internet to use it?
Only once, to activate the app on your shop PC. After that it sells, prints and reports with no internet. Pro uses the internet in the background to sync, but selling never waits for it.
What computer do I need?
A Windows PC or laptop. A receipt printer and a barcode scanner are optional; your phone can act as the scanner.
Does it take mobile money?
You can record payments as cash, mobile money or card, and split one sale across them. The app records the payment; the money goes through your usual mobile money number or card terminal.
Can my cashier see the profit or change prices?
Not unless you allow it. Cashiers only see what their role allows, and discounts or wholesale prices need a manager’s approval.
What if the shop PC breaks?
Your account and licence are safe online. Reinstall on the new PC and sign in. Backup and restore inside the app is coming soon.
Can I move from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. Your records stay on the shop PC and Pro starts syncing them once you switch.
